• 100% refund of the total reservation for cancellations up to 5 days before the tour or event.

• Charge of 50% of the total reservation for cancellations between 4 days and 2 days before the tour or event.

• Charge of 100% of the total reservation for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the visit or service.

• It is non-refundable the non-attendance to the visit or event, late arrival or not being able to access the visit because of not bringing the required documentation.

• In private tours, our guides will remain at the meeting point for 15 minutes after the agreed start time. After this courtesy time, the visit will be considered canceled and if you wish to take the tour at a later time, a new tour must be booked. This courtesy time is not applicable to group visits.
